This becomes imperative for management boards of large chain of Schools.
- Convenience and Security are the DNA of Trika App. For schools that are yet to get their own Digital Payment services, Trika offers a simple and reliable online payment gateway to pay Term Fees, Transport or any other charges through Net Banking, Debit / Credit Cards.
This service is so flexible. Schools can customize, generalize, edit, alter, add or delete modules of payments for the whole school, class or even a specific single student. On successful receipt of payment, it is directly credited to the School’s bank account as per RBI guidelines. An exclusive Dashboard is provided to all the Schools availing this to track complete information of who, how much, for what, when.
- Trika App has thoughtfully created clusters or Interactiv e Forum as a multi channel communication. Only bonafide Students and Parents of a particular section of a class like 6A or 12B are given access to interact with their fellow students and parents under the supervision of authorized class Teacher.
It is a safe community for Students. Schools get to know insights about Parents’ aspirations and expectations as they also interact in the same forum (Currently, Parent groups are formed in WhatsApp, where the School doesn’t have any access. And Parents only have the PTA meetings to air their views.)
- Visual Report Cards are a brand new way to present the marks, score, grade of students.
Teachers need no Graphical Skills to create these Visual Report Cards. Just fill in the marks and class average. Voila the graphs are automatically created. This enlightens the students and parents to understand where they stand vis-a-vis their class to improve on strengths and shortcomings.

A Class Teacher of say 8C can send notifications concerned to her class to all the students and parents in one go. On the other hand, Head of School or School Admin can send messages that are notified to all the students and parents of their School. However, if they wish to send inputs to Teachers, they have the flexibility to customize it for every individual Teacher or send general info to all Teachers.
- Regional Language Schools, especially the Government ones benefit even more because Trika App is rolled out with options of Indian languages. Currently, the App is available in English, Tamil, Hindi and Marathi. Soon other languages will be added, including international languages as we go global.

- Online Leave Application Feature adds to convenience. This feature is enabled to both Teachers and Parents.
Parents can conveniently send a Leave Application to the concerned Teacher for their ward. Teachers can also apply for Leave online. A Leave Tracker feature will be added soon.
- As the Admin of the Interactive Forum of her specific class, the Teacher can not only answer queries, post interesting information, but also delete conversations if she finds is going way beyond public decorum.
For instance, parents airing grievances is an important feedback for the School. However, when it turns into a rant, the Teacher can simply delete it.
- Teachers, who are also Parents and maybe Principal, can simply switch roles from within Trika App and get access to relevant details.

Students Benefits:
- Planner & Scheduler with a Task Completed button. A simple feature as it may sound, however, for a Student it puts him on par with their professional Parents. They can Plan their Studies, Schedule their Home work, extra-curricular activities, play time, To Do list, Birthdays, etc from the easy web tool of Trika App.
A Student can plan and schedule, say Playtime: 6-7 pm, Maths Tuition: 7:30 – 8:30 pm, Study Science: 9-9:30 pm. Karate Class: Thursday 7-8 pm. Piano Class: Saturday 10-11 am. Anjana’s birthday August 31st, etc. This also helps them manage time effectively. And when they hit the Task Completed Button, it gives them a sense of accomplishment too.
- In today’s time, when the youth is hooked to facebook & whatsapp, Trika App is a blessing in disguise. The interactive forum helps them connect with their classmates. They can do Group Study without leaving the home. Project work can be effectively coordinated between teams. Ask doubts, get answers, post, comment, share images, documents, pdf, ppt, links, etc.
Students’ craving for digital connectivity with their friends is taken care. The flexibility of sharing info or inputs is familiar to them.
