Nasheman News : Uttar Pradesh’s Shia Central Waqf Board chairman Wasim Rizvi on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to shut down all primary madrasas across the country to save a majority of the Muslim population from getting affiliated to the Islamic State (IS) terror outfit.
In his letter on January 21, he said if the madrasas were not closed, then in the next 15 years more than half of the Muslim population in India would be influenced by the IS ideology.
Rizvi said it has been witnessed globally that to promote any mission, children are the softest targets.
“IS is a dangerous terrorist group which is spreading rapidly its wing in the Muslim dominated areas,” he added.
He alleged that in the name of spreading Islamic ideology, the children are infused with extremist beliefs and thoughts.
In June 2018, Rizvi had said that every secular Muslim wanted the Ayodhya dispute should end and a grand Ram temple could be constructed at the disputed site.

Last week, Amrita Singh along with her actor daughter Sara Ali Khan lodged a police complaint stating that the Clement Town property be protected from a land mafia and also put up a board claiming that the land belongs to them.
Legal experts say both Amrita Singh and Tahira Bimbat are likely to face a dragging court battle for a final settlement.

The dispute arose when Madhusudan, who was suffering from cancer, died a few days ago.
Police officials say that Madhusudan’s father, who was an Air Force officer, had bought the property in 1969.
After the death of his parents, Madhusudan, who was unmarried, was staying alone in the Clement Town property.
Amrita Singh is the daughter of Rukhsana Sultana, who is the daughter of Madhusudan’s father from his first divorced wife. Rukhsana Sultana was known for her close links with then Congress leader Sanjay Gandhi during the Emergency period.
After divorcing his first wife, Madhusudan’s father married Asha Bimbat with whom he fathered both Madhusudan and Tahira.
Tahira Bimbat and Amrita Singh have already filed a court case against Madhusudan over the Clement Town property.
The Uttarakhand Police is treading a cautious path and has ruled out any probe by the Special Task Force (SIT).
“This is a civil court property dispute and we will not interfere in the matter,” said Director General of Police (DGP) Anil Raturi.
However, the police officials who received complaints from Amrita Singh and Khushi Ram said they were examining them and would file a final report in the civil court.
Police are also verifying reports that Madhusudan had left a will in which he wanted to handover the property to a trust.

Bharat Ratna demand for Shivakumara Swami
In Karnataka, where drama between the Congress-JD(S) and the BJP had taken over state politics for the past few days, the rival sides have come together to raise one demand: Bharat Ratna for Shivakumara Swami, the prominent Lingayat seer who passed away on Monday.
Initially, it was Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy who urged the Centre to confer the prestigious award on the seer. When the 111-year-old seer was receiving treatment for lung infection last week, Kumaraswamy had said that he will personally write, as well as meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi with this request. “Honours like the Bharat Ratna will have value when it recognises people like Swamiji,” N
After the Siddaganga Mutt seer’s demise on Monday, senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge, too, made the same demand. “He (Shivakumara) is worthy of getting the title. Such a great man from Karnataka, it is worth to bestow the Bharat Ratna on him,” he said.
State BJP president BS Yeddyurappa — who was also seen alongside Kumaraswamy on Monday during the announcement of Shivakumara’s death — said in a condolence message, “The Siddaganga Mutt was the epicentre of a silent revolution in the field of education and in providing food. The passing away of the seer has created a feeling of orphan among the millions.”(sic) He further said: “Considering his service to humanity, I had appealed to the prime minister to confer Bharat Ratna on Siddaganga seer. I reiterate my appeal to the Government of India to consider my request.”
JD(S) supremo HD Deve Gowda said that he had already written to the Centre in this regard earlier and will write another letter again.
The clamour grew as Karnataka deputy chief minister G Parameshwara, too, joined the bandwagon. “We urge Central government to honour ‘Walking God’ Shivakumara Swami ji with Bharat Ratna at the earliest. This greatest humanitarian seer is beyond the boundaries of politics and is the embodiment of love. Honouring his work will only enhance the highest civilian award further,” he said in a tweet.
The Milath Education Society in Davanagere also urged the government to honour Shivakumar Swami with India’s highest civilian award. Media reported that honorary president of Millath Education Society, Syed Saifulla, board of directors, staff and students made the request while condoling the pontiff’s death.
However, the demand may not be met so easily. A home ministry official told media that the rules fixed for Bharat Ratna do not cover spiritual leaders. He further added that this may “open a Pandora’s Box” as devotees of other religious leaders may also seek the civilian award for their gurus.
The highly-revered pontiff of the influential Lingayats, the major community in Karnataka, is a recipient of Padma Bhushan and Karnataka Ratna, the highest state civilian award. His funeral is set to be held at 4.30 pm on Tuesday in Tumakuru.
BJP calls EVM row Congress sponsored
Nasheman News : The BJP on Tuesday called claims made by a US-based self-claimed cyber expert that the 2014 Lok Sabha elections were rigged and the EVMs can be hacked as a “conspiracy” sponsored by the Congress.
Speaking to the media here, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad questioned Congress leader Kapil Sibal’s presence at the London event on Monday where the expert, Syed Shuja, made the sensational claim.
“What was Sibal doing there? We would like to know in what capacity was he present at the event. I believe he was there on behalf of the Congress party.
“The entire event was a Congress sponsored conspiracy. They have started making excuses for their definite defeat in the coming Lok Sabha polls,” he added.
Calling it a false and deliberate agenda, Prasad said it was an insult to the Indian voters from abroad.
“In 2014, the UPA was in power, not us. Where is the logic in accusing us of hacking the EVMs when we were not even in power?” he asked.
Asked about a probe into the matter, Prasad said that the BJP would prefer “exposing” the Congress.
