Ajith Jayaraj Again This Time In Hani Hani Ibbani
The former don Jayaraj’s son Ajith Jayaraj has appeared in his 1st ever full length movie in Kannada. Ajith a muscular man also running a gym center has come out not in an action cinema according to Maddur Shivu, director & producer of the film. A civil engineer by qualification Shivakumar alias Maddur Shivu worked as civil engineer but his cinema passion brought him to this line. He worked as an assistant in 3 films. He got hold of the system & style to get into the shoes of a director. In Sai Ventures Maddur Shivu is also producer of his story. He has shot for 35 days in Chikkaballapura, Doddaballapura, Bengaluru, Nandi Hills. There is a song on currency ban out of 5 songs from the composer Indra Sena. The film is on love, friendship, comedy & melodious songs. Nageshwara Rao is the cameraman, Sanjeev Reddy is the editor, the film DI is in progress for a Jul, 2017 release. Ajith Jayaraj has 2 heroines Deepti Kapse of Jwalantham fame & Niriksha Alva. Ne La Narendra Babu, Umeshanna, Jogi Anand and others are in the cast.
Karva Director Navaneeth’s Next Movie
After a stupendous success Karva director Navaneeth has fastened up the shooting for trailblazer V Ravichandran starrer Bakaasura. He is getting ready for another project that is once again a horror film. For the 3rd film of Navneeth, beautiful looking Akaanksha is in the female lead. Interestingly Akanksha plays a blind girl in the 4th film. She is already familiar with RX Soori, Jalsa & Crack Kannada films. It is a female oriented cinema & director Navneeth is producing this film with his friends support. It is a 35 days schedule, RJ Rohith is playing a guest role. Rohith figured in Karva & Bakaasura, the Kannada films of Navaneeth. Meanwhile the preparations are on for a sequel on Karva avers Navaneeth.
Avanthika Makws A Correction
It was an amicable settlement in the presence of KFCC President Sa Ra Govindu and his team on one side & the producer KA Suresh of Raju Kannada Medium with actress Avanthika Shetty on the dais on Thurs afternoon. Avanthika Shetty reiterated that she has not filed any sexual harassment case on producer KA Suresh and the complaint what she has filed is ready to take back. Producer Suresh KA of Govindayanamaha, Shravani Subramani, RX Soori and now Raju Kannada Medium has accepted to keep the portions of Avanthika Shetty and finish her portion of the shoot in Naresh Kumar’s direction. The week long battle of allegations & counter allegations between Avanthika Shetty actress of Raju Kannada Medium & producer of highly successful films KA Suresh has been sorted out with Sa Ra Govindu intervention at KFCC meeting of conciliatory committee. Raju Kannada Medium hero Gurunandan and other team members were present at the meeting. The issue was also related to Dry Fruits missing in the room of Avanthika Shetty – has now been sorted out fruitfully.

Mohanlal is a yoga expert & his flexible body is something that all the directors praise about. The Facebook post was flooded with comments & wishes from fans across the globe. The picture has recently crossed 47k Likes on Facebook. Mohanlal recently wrapped up the shoot of Villain and is currently prepping for his 2 of his ambitious projects Odiyan & Mahabharata aka Randamoozham, both directed by VA Shrikumar Menon. Interestingly, Mohanlal will be undergoing a makeover for both the films.

Asif Ali & Aparna Balamurali starrer upcoming movie Sunday Holiday is now gearing up for a release. Slated to hit the cellulliod silver screens in Jul, 2017. Sunday Holiday has been written & directed by Jis Joy. In the movie, Asif Ali plays a youth named Amal, a depressed youth who leads a band set in Kannur, while Aparna essays the role of a smart girl, Anu who falls in love with him. After the 2013 comedy thriller, Bicycle Thieves, Asif Ali & director Jis Joy are joining forces for the 2nd time with this upcoming romantic comedy entertainer. Alencier Ley Lopez is playing Asif Ali’s father in this movie, which also has Lal Jose, Sreenivasan, Siddique, Asha Sharath, KPAC Lalitha, Bhagath Manuel, Ramesh Pisharody & Sudheer Karamana playing supporting roles. In a recent media interview, actor Vishal, who is foraying into Mollywood with the upcoming Mohanlal – Manju Warrier thriller Villain, revealed that he is a great fan of the How old are you? actress. Though Vishal does not have any combination scenes with the actress in the film, the actor is all excited about his name being tagged with the 2 acting powerhouses – Mohanlal & Manju Warrier. He also added that he is extremely happy about venturing into Mollywood. Vishal who plays a negative shaded role in the film also said that he enjoyed every moment spent with Mohanlal during the shoot. He also added that playing a gray shaded role was in his bucket list for a very long time, and with the film Villain his dream came true!!! Sporting a thick beard spectacles, Vishal’s look in the investigative thriller is absolutely stunning. Villain features Mohanlal in the role of Mathew Manjooran, an ex – cop, while Manju Warrier appears as his wife. Mammootty To Team Up With Major Ravi!!!
Director Major Ravi who is known for action -war films such as Keerthichakra, will be next teaming up with Nivin Pauly for a romantic entertainer. The hitmaker will once again be joining hands with Mammootty in the near future. The duo had earlier worked together in the 2007 hit Mission 90 Days. The rumours broke out after Major Ravi posted a picture with Mammootty on Facebook. According to rumours, the upcoming Mammootty entertainer will also be on the lines of a war film. An official confirmation from Major Ravi or Mammootty is awaited though!!! Director Major Ravi’s last release was the Mohanlal starrer 1971 Beyond Borders which failed to create an impact on the Box – Office turnstiles.
Dileep’s Ramleela Wrapped Up!!!
The shoot of Dileep’s most awaited movie Ramaleela directed by Arun Gopy has been wrapped up. The post production of this Dileep starrer is expected to go on at a full swing soon. If all goes well, Ramaleela will hit the theatres on 7th Jul, 2017. In the movie, Dileep plays the role of a non -practising lawyer, a common man who one day becomes an MLA named, Ramanunni. Ramaleela has Prayaga Martin in the female lead along with Raadhika Sarathkumar playing the role of Dileep’s mother. Ramaleela would mark Raadhika’s Mollywood comeback after 24 years. Reportedly, the movie will also talk about mother – son bonding, set in the backdrop of political affairs.
