The PNDT ACT Provides for a Maximum Punishment of Three Year’s Jail Term and A Penalty of up to Rs.50,000 .This is the Penalty and Punishment Which was Enacted by Governor General of India in Council. For those who Practice Female Foeticide. The Act was Enacted On 18 March in the Year 1870 .
