BBMP Corporator Imran Pasha and his father former Corporator Arif Pasha distributed Rupees 1 lakh to fire victims in his ward 135 Padarayanapura.
According to Pasha, “there was a Fire incident in my ward 135 Padarayanapura due to which there was severe damage to a wooden godown worth rupees 5 Lakh. Fire had spread to neighboring houses where the retaining walls were damaged.
As a relief measure I personally paid Rupees 1 lakh to the godown victim and rupees 20 thousand each to the effected neighbors in which there was poor lady’s house who manufactures Kite and earns her livelihood. Total 1,80,000 was paid to the victims and have promised to get more relief from BBMP as a compensation.”
