The Commissioner in the order also pointed out that if any school violates norms laid down or the provisions of the Act (even if the affiliation is granted by the Central Curriculum Board and renewed from time to time), the recognition of such school shall be withdrawn. Additionally, legal action will be taken if any school continues to operate without obtaining recognition/renewal of recognition or continues to operate after the recognition has been withdrawn.
