Winter skin care
Now when the weather changes the first effect of it is seen on your Skin be it oily, dry or combination skin. As in when we tend to drink less water and more of coffee and hot drinks the result is usually dehydrated skin dryness acne and dullness.
Here are few tips to take care of your skin this winter.
1. moisturizer and cleansing.
2. weekly one Scrub and mask.
3. olive oil for face and hair
4. aloe Vera gel and good sunblock
Do not over cleans your skin with harsh soaps and face washes as it over dries up the skin and creates more oil production which leads to acne and dullness instead use a sun block and moisturising Do drink lots of water and fresh juices. Dry skin can lead to cracking and bleeding and harsh winter wind makes the problem worse, Do avoid toxins specially allergies and irritates.
Use DIY masks:
- homemade hydrating mask can provide needed moisture in the winter months
- use natural moisturizing ingredients like Honey, Avocado, Yogurt, Olive oil Almond oil bananas and aloe
- Mix what you like together to create a cream or paste and leave on skin for 20 to 30 minutes for lasting hydration.
