Chamarajanagar: A hostel kitchen assistant was found dead by suicide in the library of a hostel located in Begur village, Gundlupete taluk.
The deceased has been identified as Pramod (27) from Sagade village, Chamarajanagar taluk. The exact reason for the suicide remains unclear.
Begur police arrived at the scene and transferred the body to a government hospital for a post-mortem examination.
