An Appeal To Puneeth
Last week’s released horror dose Karali + received a few good reports but the film is not doing well on the Box Office turnstiles. The team of this film makes a humble appeal to Puneeth Rajakumar to watch the film and give the opinion. The main reason for this appeal is the inclusion of a doll similar to what was used in Puneeth Rajakumar’s Rajakumara Kannada Cinema. “We have a female doll while it is a male doll in Raajakumar, in addition to what we have done with the doll might interest Puneeth Rajakumar” says Dakshina Murthy director of the film. The film released last week in 28 theatres is not getting collection is a fact. Shalini Bhat as Mangalmukhi is very satisfied with her debut. A good spokesperson indeed Shalini Bhat from TV to debut in Kannada cinema has seen people coming out from theatres wiping tears. “The story of inner feel of “Eunuch” and how a woman takes up the risk is well portrayed” stated actor Vikas. Music director Aryaman rendered a few lines of the film & urged the media for support. Cameraman of the film Pavan Kerkere was also present at the media meet after the film’s release.
Anirudh & Sanjana’s Seductive & Sensuous Song
Anirudh Jathakara, son – in – law of Dr Vishnu Vardhan & Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana, for the 1st time ever in his cinematic career has come up with a very seductive & sensuous song along with beautiful Sanjana for the film Raja Simha. The song in Raja Simha featuring Airudh Jathakara & Sanjana namely “Baro Chorane Balige Omme Summane….!” penned by Raghavendra & composed by Jassie Gifr was shot recently. Anirudh has sent pictures of the song shoot via whats app to his media friends. In this film Raja Simha with the Simhadri Simha portion of Dr Vishnu, the story is generated. Dr Ambarish is in his original name Amaranath as a minister in Raja Simha. For the clipped portion of Dr Vishnuvardhana from Simhadriya Simha, Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana is counterpart to Dr Vishnu portions. Anirudh, is in the title role. Nikita Tukral is in the female lead. Ravi Ram is on a commercial cinema in his debut direction. This is the debut for producer Basappa. The protagonist of the film Anirudh coming from city to village patches up the broken minds of village people for good life.
Aindrita Replaces Deepa
Siddarth Mahesh after Sipayi is playing lead in Dhanakumar’s direction Garuda. On the muhurut day the name of Deepa Sannidhi was announced. Lack of dates made Deepa Sannidhi to back out. In her place pretty Aindrita Ray comes in. Ashika is another heroine of this film. Meanwhile what is the film Deepa Sannidi is working to sign out of this film? There is no proper answer. Aindrita Ray confirms her presence in the film. This team consulted her long ago but her Hindi film kept her busy. “When I heard the story, it was good and felt like working. Now the offer has come to me again” she says. She has a hippy get up in the film. “I have lot of of scenes with Rangayana Raghu” says Aindrita. Besides hair style the costumes are also different. “The style for me is perhaps for the 1st time ever” she explains. Dhan Kumar a dance director is taking debut direction. Sajani Sharmila Baffled
The beautiful actress Sharmila Mandre in 9 years of her career has got a very different role in Aake. She learnt a lot of nuances to get in front of the camera. The single mother role in this remake of Maaya, Sharmila has very matured role to perform which she has not done so far in her career. It is tucked in horror style & shot in London. Like how a few actors in the past experienced strange happenings, in this film Aake also Sharmila traced something unusual. All lights were off. Generator was also silent. It was 2 am. Next day 2 generators were pressed in to action. On the next day also same situation of black out happened. It is a not a common thing Sharmila ascertained later and that was last day of shooting. With luggage she reached London. For the 1st time ever Sharmila Mandre is paired with Chiranjeevi Sarja. Both share screen space for 20 minutes. For the 1st time ever EROS international is making leap in to Kannada market. Aake in KM Chaitanya’s direction is hitting the celluloid silver screen in Jun, 2017.

On the other side Mass Leader is thinking of an audio release for the 1st time ever in Australia. The song number of actress Sharmila Mandre further heats up the moment. For Sharmila Mandre this special song is for the 1st time in a cinema. Mass Leader has Pranitha as lead heroine with Ashika of Crazy Boys in a sister role. The 2nd combination super hit film Rose producer Tarun Shivappa & director Sahana Murthy (He has changed his name from this film) is contemplating on shooting in Ramanagara. Hat trick director of Kannada cinema and also actor Jogi Prem are known for dropping names from the beginning. Some of them have succeeded. Now the rumor of Amy Jackson model, actress & animal rights ambassador is likely to accept the 1st ever Kannada offer in The Villain. Amy turned actress from Tamil film Madaraasipattinam and acted in Telugu & Hindi films with big super stars. Amy Jackson is the lead heroine in 2.0 of noted director Shankar that stars Rajanikanth & Akshay Kumar the prominent Hindi cinema actor. The Villain in Kannada in the production of CR Manohar has already on board Mithun Chakravarthy making debut. State award winning actress Shruthi Hariharan is in a prominent role. The names of Kajal Agarwal, Amira Dastar, Shruthi Haasan, Aditi Rao were also in the air for The Villain. Finally it is Amy Jackson says the closets. For whom Amy Jackson will be heroine? For Kichcha Sudeep or for Dr Shivarajakumar is the question now. When Sonali Bendre made a debut in a Kannada film Preethse with Dr Shivarajakumar & Upendra in the lead the choice was obvious as Upendra was a psychic villain in that film. Now the 2 stars are. in the title The Villain what changes director Prem has made is not known. According to an insider the “Villain” is Kichcha Sudeep. Amy Jackson coming to Kannada has not been made official. It is only Amy Jackson participation in shoot it is confirmed news because director is Prem.
Yagna Shetty Exit
The Kichcha Creations Varasdara mega television serial in Zee Kannada has put Yagna Shetty in a rare kind of situation. The child role is very special in this mega serial. As the 100 episodes have passed the growth of the child obviously puts grey hair on the actress Yagna Shetty. This is not wanted by the actress as the role is beyond her age. So Yagna Shetty popular actress of Kannada cinema has made an exit from her 1st mega television serial Varasdaara. Yagna Shetty played mother to the young Chitrali in the Kichcha Sudeep creations. The child role now reaches the 15 years plus as the episodes progress. The look also changes for this child character. Exactly from 104th episode the mother role changes to another actress. Neethu Marches Ahead Inspite Of Obesity
One of the richly talented actresses of Kannada cinema from the days of Jog Falls Neethu is getting offers of her choice but obesity bothered her for quite a long time. On the frequent remarks on her obesity, Neethu took guidance & approached for cutting down excess flesh from an operation. This in fact had a very wrong impact on her life. The liposuction kind of removing flesh did not work out in the case of Neethu. She developed more weight. At this point of time she was accustomed to comments and just decided to not to bother about it. She averred, “My health is picking up and I am not worried for consecutive offers. Right from the days of Jog Falls I was not getting more offers. It was very occasional and in the last 13 years I have finished just 27 films and I am quite satisfied. I play an actress in a film turning politician in 888; I have 2 more films with this Mombaththi. Life is going cool and no worries as such. Even my mother is not pestering on this marriage issue.” She adds, “For managing my purse I have regular assignments on TV. I was in Big Boss 2 season.
