Kaduru: A 15-year-old young boy reportedly lost his life while attempting to swim, he drowned as he was not familiar with swimming. The incident took place in the Taluk’s Haruvanahalli Village on Monday.
The deceased boy has been identified as Parthasarathi (15) a resident of Kalundi Layout in Kadur Town.
Reportedly, the boy had informed his family that he was going out to play on Sunday afternoon ( August 27) and had not returned home by evening. Despite the parents’ anxious search, there has been no trace of the boy. Meanwhile, the parents of the boy started a desperate search, but found no trace of him.
Meanwhile on Monday morning the relatives of the boy initiated a search near the Kaduru town, in the due course discovered his lifeless body in a lake near Haruvanahalli village. It is being said that he drowned in the river water while attempting to swim in the lake, as he did not know how to swim. Subsequently, a case in connection with the incident has been registered at Kadur police station.
