Based on the information gathered from district Election Officers and Superintendent of Police, the following information on the model of conduct violation and law & order enforcement is provided:

As on date there are 1156 Flying Squads and 1255 State surveillance Teams have been activated Flying Squads and others Model Code of conduct Teams constituted for the purpose of enforcement on Model Code of conduct have removed 1257 number of wall writing, 17690 number of posters and 7711 number of banners from public property and are lodged 04 cases under Karnataka One laces provisions of Disfigurement) act 1981. From private property 6866 number of wall writing, 7949 number of posters and 2543 number of banners were removed.
Further, 1 FIR has been lodged for misuse of a government vehicle. 1 FIR has been lodged for violation of loudspeaker, 2 FIR has been lodged for an illegal meeting without permission, 05 FIRs have been lodged inducement and gratification to electors in the last 24 hours.
The Flying Squad have seized 9.91.700 cash, 1890 ltrs of liquor, 08 Silk Sarees, 2 kg 464 Grams gold worth Rs 4917000/- in the last 24 hours, While Excise department have seized 1217 ltrs of liquor and booked 60 Heinous cases, 42 cases for Breach of Licence Conditions and 148 cases under Section 15 a) of Karnataka Excise act 1965, in the last 24 hours.
LAW & ORDER:
8633 arms have been got deposited. 1 armed license has been canceled. 178 persons were bounded over, and 255 Non-bail able warrants were executed in the last 24 hours.
