The accused have been identified as Mohammed Ghouse, 39 and his wife Heena Kousar, 27.

Based on information a team went near the house and after all their rituals the team who camped their and kept a close watch on their movements and after getting suspect on them the team secured them and brought to station for questioning.

During questioning the duo couple confessed to the crime and revealed that the deceased has helped them in clearing loan but in return he used to seek sexual favours from her wife so they hatched a plan and killed him by strangulation and carried his body in a bag and dumped it into Andhra Pradesh storm drain.

The team who grilled they spilled the beans they said they had vacated the house and shifted to Andhra Pradesh only to return on Tuesday to attend the last rites of their relative.

Ghouse came to know about this and objected to Wazeer for which enraged Wazeer demanded him to return the money .

Unable to bear the harassment, the couple decided to get rid of him and as per the plan Kousar invited Wazeer to her home and to offer him favour.

While Wazeer was in compromising position, Ghouse who was hiding in the house, pounced on him and the couple overpowered and strangled him to death using saree.

They later tied the hands and legs of and stuffed the body into a plastic bag covering with shreds of cloths to make it look like cloth bundle.

The couple carried the bag in a scooter to Kavetinagepalli town in Anantupur in Andhra Pradesh and dumped the body in a storm water drain.

The Jurisdictional Somandepalli police few days later recovered the body and registered the case of unnatural death .

Meanwhile when Wazeer did not return home, his wife Ayesha filed a missing complaint with the police the next day and the family started inquiring with the acquintance to know where Wazeer had gone.
