As the tension gripped for sometime following the news about woman in CD will appear before the magistrate to give her statement.
Parents of the woman in Belagavi that the woman should be counselled before the statement is recorded.
The family alleged that DK Shivakumar is controlling their daughter and forcing her give statement.
He only gave money to woman to go to Goa to hide and she might be under pressure and harassed.
Under this circumstance she cant give statement and whatever she stated so far is under duress.
She told me four months ago that DK Shivakumar has promised to get her job and she is forced to do all this,the family members,said.We have around nine evidence to prove our point,they added.
Our daughter is in danger and hence she should be rescued and handover to us .
After few days of recovery from the shock and counseling she can give statement.
Meanwhile Heavy security was deployed at the magistrate court on monday as the woman in the CD expected to appear before magistrate to give statement.
Two DCPs,five ACPs,10 Inspectors and 100 police personnel,2 KSRP platoons,with special Kabbadi team were deployed at the court premises.
People who were seen roaming simply without any work in the court were sent back.
Traffic police were also deployed in large numbers at the Nrupathunga road.
Advocate KN Jagadish Kumar along with his associates waiting for the permission from magistrate for the statement.
We are ready to cooperate with the SIT only after she gives the statement before the magistrate. We request police to provide her necessary security,he said.
Meanwhile in the evening K Jagadish Advocate said we have sought permission from the court to record the statement of lady but when and where they dint mention we are ready to produce the victim today itself he said to media.
