City based social activist has filed a complaint against Chandru Moger,co-ordinator of Hindu Jagruthi Samithi for spreading communal hatred on social media .
Zia Nomani,the complainant said that Chandru took to the Twitter and urged hindu community members to buy fruits only from the hindu fruit vendors and to end the monopoly of muslim in fruit business .
Chandru claimed that muslim traders spit on the fruits and bread they sell and termed it as spitting jihad.
Such statement are threat to national integrity and comment like this promote religious fundamentalism and fanatacisim.
Such statement of Chandru promote communal hatred and threat to social fabric of the society, he said and submitted video links and links of the news on his statement to the police,demanding action.
The events were made with a deliberate malicious intentions to harm and damage and attract penal action under section 153 A is to punish persons who indulge in wanting vilification or attacks upon the religion,race,place of birth,residence,language of any particular group or class or upon the founders and prophets of a religion.
The Sanjay Nagar police have taken up the complaint and seeking legal opinion to registering an FIR against Moger.
Under Section 499 (defamation) section 506 (criminal intimidation) and section 505 (makes, publishes or circulates any statement or report containing rumour or alarming news with intent to create or promote, or which is likely to create or promote, on grounds of religion,race, place of birth, residence, language, caste or community or any other ground whatsoever,feelings of enmity, hatred) of the Indian penal code.
