Silchar, Apr 11 : Accusing Congress of playing with the future of countrymen who are victims of partition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that his government is committed to give justice to the people who believe inMaa Bharati' and vowed to pass the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) in Parliament. In 1947 country was divided on religious lines. Pakistan was created for Islam religion. But during that time those people who were minorities in that country like Hindu and Sikhs had to face the ire of fundamentalist forces and the Congress never thought about them. Those people who believe in
Maa Bharati' were left to fend for themselves. Congress is your culprit,? Mr Modi said while addressing a mammoth rally in Silchar in Southern Assam.
Reiterating the BJP government's stand on CAB, Mr Modi said,? We are committed to bring the CAB bill in Parliament again and we will do this after talking to all stakeholders in the society so that interests of all are taken care of. ?
