Mrs. India Uk Urvashi Salaria Chawla To Represent As Mrs. Eurasia Earth

An Indian beauty entrepreneur based in London was crowned Mrs. India UK at a glitzy event in London last month making her country proud.

Urvashi Salaria Chawla from Delhi, India is the winner of “Colors TV UK Presents Mrs. India UK 2018” organized by Brand Wok. She also won the sub-titles of “Best Catwalk” & “Brand Ambassador” along with other achievements.


Urvashi Saloaria Chawla avers after winning the crown, “Though the crown is magnificent, it comes with a lot of responsibilities, and I will wear this crown not just on my head but my soul. I’ll fulfill all my responsibilities with perseverance.”

Academically Urvashi Salaria Chawla is a journalism graduate, worked as an airline professional, a beauty blogger and now a successful entrepreneur in the makeup industry who owns Sakshi & Urvashi Beauty Studio in Delhi, India and is an esteemed Asian Bridal Makeup Artist in London. Today we have with us a young fashion blogger miss Varsha Suresh talking to Vanessa George a correspondent from The Nasheman Weekly.
Inspired by a few American bloggers, this 19 year old engineering student decided to start her very own blog. She says that she’s always been shy, timid and always stayed in her comfort zone, fashion has always been her passion and as a kid she was inspired by her mother. Some of her fashion tips are stick to simplicity and don’t overdo anything . she says don’t always go with fashion trends because when one celebrity wears something everyone follows it and then you lose your sense of individuality and she adds one should have their own sense of style in which they feel comfortable and happy and not wear something because some else is wearing it.
She says as a kid she was bullied, called short and was pretty hurt by it but today she is a confident women who is comfortable in her own skin and does not care about what people have to say. Varsha says in the beginning its hard to make yourself noticed and to put yourself out there, you have to put in a lot of hard work that’s when people will appreciate you. Today Varsha has ayoutube channel called Hazel runway and even has a blog called hazelrunway.wordpress.com.

India Intimate Fashion Week Season 2 to take place on April 22

The season 2 of India Intimate Fashion Week (IIFW), a fashion show dedicated to lingerie and Intimate wear, will be held on April 22 at The Leela hotel, here.

Some of the participating designers and brands are Hongking based Jewellery designer Mona Shroff, La Intimo show, Designer Rashmi Solanki, Melons India show, INIFD Bandra show and grand finale show by Filipino designer Jef Albea.

To add glamour to the show, “Commando 2” fame Bollywood actor Thakur Anoop Singh will walk at the fashion show.

“This year IIFW will also focus on the segment of inviting veteran industry experts in the jury to honour the proponents in the field of intimate, beach and bridal lingerie business.

“International business icons, trade honchos, e-commerce experts and some of famous names from the Indian Fashion Industry will grace the presence of the event,” Niraj Jawanjal, Founder and Ideator, IIFW said in a statement.

It will provide a platform for emerging and conventional brands spanning categories of lingerie, lounge wear, sleep wear, leg wear, lingerie accessories, men’s underwear, intimate, products and the like.

In addition, this year IIFW has a special show dedicated to plus-size lingerie.

Further explaining about India Intimate Fashion Week, Amit Pandey, Media Head and Associate Partner, IIFW said: “We had a very successful first edition and are excited to be back with the second edition of the fashion week that is sure to be larger, grandiose and entertaining.”
