Special Song For Raj Vishnu

One of the lavish producers of Kannada cinema Ramu is giving finishing touches to his 37th film Raj Vishnu starring Sharan & Chikkanna. It is a remake of Rajani Murugan Tamil film. The shoot for the film was completed recently and a special song was captured at Mohan B Kere studio in Nelamangala. “Nannodudre Dhool Kannodudre Dhool…..!” song was shot in 4 days featuring Sharan & Vaibhavi in Murali’s dance direction. The dubbing, C G work & other related procedures have been completed for this film. Pon Raj is the original director and lent story for Adhyaksha Kannada cinema of Sharan. He has made some changes to the original script. Janardhan Maharshi has written screenplay for the film. K Madesh of quite a few commercial hits is a director of this film. Arjun Janya music, Rajesh cinematography, K M Prakash editing, Thriller Manju, Vinod stunts, Yogaraj Bhat, Dr V Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj lyrics, Raghu Niduvalli dialogue, Suresh Goswami assistance in direction are major credits of this film. Mumbai lass Vaibhavi is female lead, Srinivasamurthy, Sadhu Kokila, Ravishanker, Veena Sunder, Ramesh Pandit, Mimicry Gopi, Swathi & others are in supporting cast.

Chiru – Haripriya – Kavya Teamed

Director Guru Deshpande of Varasdara, Raaja Huli, Rudra Thandav & John Jaani Janardhana is completing this Samhara before Raja Manikya he announced in Prajwal & V Ravichandran combination. The formal Pooja for song recording of the film was held at the studio of music director Ravi Basrur. Shot to fame from Ugram Ravi Basrur is known for melodies in Kannada films like Mrigashira, Karva, Just Madveli et al. The film Samhara stars Chiranjeevi Sarja as angry young man with 2 lovely ladies Haripriya & Kavya Shetty. Both the heroines are happening heroines today. Jagadish Wali is man behind the camera, the actual shoot begins from 29th Apr, 2017 says producers Venkatesh & Sunder Kamaraj.

Vishwaroopam 2 All Set To Be Released Soon
Kamal Haasan has been forced to stop his Sabaash Naidu midway due to his health ailments and other logistical problems which are in the process of getting sorted out. Here is some good news meanwhile on his other long delayed magnum opus Vishwaroopam 2, which was earlier on acquired by Aascar Films and due to some issues the release of the film was stalled. Now the roadblocks have obviously been cleared as the dubbing & post – production work for the film has begun. The Rajini – Ranjith Film To Start Soon

Rajinikanth has completed work on 2.0, the mega budget sci – fi flick directed by Shankar. He will be teaming up with his Kabali director Pa.Ranjith again for another film which will be produced by Dhanush. Earlier it was reported that the shooting of the film will start on 14th Apri, 2017. But now it seems there will be further wait for the commencement of this most expected film which was announced in Aug, last year. Now Dhanush the producer of the film has confirmed that the shooting of the Rajini -Ranjith film will commence by the mid of May, 2017.

An Important Change Of Plan For Vijay Antony

Vijay Antony’s Yaman is one of the profitable ventures in Kollywood this year. This is the music composer – actor’s 3rd successive hit film after Pichaikkaran & Saithan. After Yaman, Vijay Antony was supposed to do a film for Radhika Sarathkumar’s Radaan Productions which will also be his 1st film for an outside banner. But now this film seems to be put on hold. In the mean time Vijay Antony will complete shooting for Kaali which will be directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi of Vanakkam Chennai fame. The film will be produced by Vijay Antony’s home banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation like all the other films he has acted so far. Kaali’ will go on the floors from May, 2017.

Rajinikanth Addressed As Thalaiva By An International Celebrity

Cricketing icon Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic Sachin – A Billion Dreams will be releasing in May and the trailer of the film in Hindi & Tamil version were released recently. Simbu’s AAA Goes The Baahubali Way

A social media announcement by director Adhik Ravichandran about his upcoming film Anbanavan Adangadhavan Asaradhavan starring Simbu in 4 roles has created a huge buzz in media circles. Simbu’s AAA will come out in 2 parts like Baahubali with the 1st one featuring the characters Madurai Michael & Ashwin Thaatha & the 2nd the other 2 characters. The film has Tamannaah, Shriya Saran, Sana Khan, Neethu Chandra, Mahat Raghavendra, Kovai Sarala, VTV Ganesh & Mottai Rajendran in the cast. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music while production is by Michael Rayappan. The 1st part will be a Ramzan attraction in Jun, 2017.

Anushka Joins Keerthy Suresh & Samantha!!!

The Savithri biopic titled Nadigaiyar Thilagam in Tamil & Mahanati in Telugu is firming up to begin shooting soon. Keerthy Suresh will play the legendary Nadigaiyar Thilagam while Samantha will be seen as a journalist from whose point of view the story unfolds. The latest buzz on the project is that producer – director Nag Ashwin has approached Anushka to play another important role in the film and she is expected to give her nod soon. Prakash Raj might also come on board.

Tamil cinema’s most respected director J. Mahendran revealed that he is a fantastic actor too with last year’s blockbuster hit film Theri directed by Atlee with Ilayathalapathy Vijay. Now the director of classic films such as Mullum Malarum & Uthiripookkal will be seen playing an important role in Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakathi. The film’s director Balaji Tharaneetharan has confirmed that Mahendran plays an important role in the film but refuse to reveal any details about his character. Seethkathi is Vijay Sethupathi’s 25th film. He plays a theatre artist named Ayya in the film. Though the film will not have a heroine or a pair for Vijay Sethupathi, Remya Nambeesan. Gayathri & Oviya will appear in the film in their real life characters that is actresses.

Aishwarya Rajesh Replaces Amala Paul

Amala Paul will not be a part of director Vetrimaran’s dream project Vada Chennai anymore. Last year when Amala shifted her full focus on acting career after separating from her erstwhile husband director Vijay, Vada Chennai was one of the 1st films she got committed to play the lead role with Dhanush. Samantha was supposed to play the role but it later went to Amala Paul has Samantha had to back out of the project. But now Amala Paul has become busy with multiple projects that include Thiruttu Payale 2, an untitled film with Vishnu Vishal & Bhaskar Oru Raskal amongst others. After completing the 1st schedule there was quite a long gap in the progress of Vada Chennai and the shooting resumed only last week. Amala Paul has opted out of the project citing date clash with her other films and she has been replaced by another highly talented performer Aishwarya Rajesh.

Latest update about the film is that Robo Shankar is playing an important role in the film and the script carries a lot of scope for his comic sequences. It is also said that Samantha will have an important role to play in the comic sequences with Robo Shankar for the 1st time and the audiences will get to see the comical best of the top league heroine. Vijay Sethupathi Without A Heroine In his 25th Film

Vijay Sethupathi will be teaming up again with his Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom director Balaji Tharaneetharan. This will be the Makkal Selvan’s 25th film as an actor and the film has been titled as Seethakathi. In a recent interview to an English newspaper, the director has revealed some interesting information about the plot & characters of the film. According to Balaji. Vijay Sethupathi plays the character named Ayya, who is a theater artist. The film is basically the story of an actor but it will be entertaining as comedy has been given a lot of importance in the script. Vijay Sethupathi does not have any love interest or female pair in the film. But Remya Nambeesan and few other popular heroines will come as actresses in the film. The film also stars National Award winning yesteryear actress Archana & veteran actor, director & theater personality Mouli in important roles.
