Music Composer – Singer – Wild Life Activist Abhishek Ray was on cloud 9 recently as his film Wedding Anniversary finally saw the light of the day as it had lightened up the aisles & the darkened auditorium as it got released on 24th Feb, 201z and he had composed all the songs for the film, which is a rare feat in recent times.
Music Composer Abhishek Ray is known more for his soundtrack of films like Paan Singh Tomar, Saheb Biwi & Gangster, I Am Kalaam, Yeh Saali Zindagi, Welcome Back and many, many more.
Music Composer Abhishek Ray just got the “Best Non – Film Song Award Of The Year” for his song “Aye jahaan Aasmaan” sung by Sonu Nigam & Shreya Ghoshal & written by Nusrat Badr.
Music Composer Abhishek Ray made his melodious debut when he was in school from none. Other than the legendary poet Gulzar in their famous collaborative effort Udaas Paani. In fact the 2nd nomination this year at Mirchi Awards was also for his song “Yeh Dil” written by Gulzar & sung by Hariharan.
